This is an extremely nice style. If you did this kind of work for pamphlets and commercials it might be lucrative.

Jesus, I haven't seen anything you've made in years. You've improved a lot, nice work! I would have preferred less sketchy lines but that's all the criticism I have to give.

bocodamondo responds:

thanks ^^
yeah this way quickly made since i didnt had much free time, hence why the lineart is sketchy

Great pose. I like your way of adding a little extra to the nose, without losing what makes the japanese style work in the first place. I see a lot of people go overboard but you make it work. You seem to understand in general where you can put in a lot of detail and where you can't.

MLeth responds:

Thank you! It has to do a lot with the balance between cartoons and realism - Some things carry over well from real life while some don’t in which case you can stylize them to make them fit.

Love the lighting. Also good anatomy and perspective. I really dig your faces. Nice work.

Great! Looks smooth and confident and expressive, like it just flowed out and was effortless to draw. Makes me feel like drawing when I look at it. You are using variable line weight in such a subtle way here, which I like. The divided background is also very satisfying and makes the image feel well composed.

coby responds:

Wow, thanks for the excellent review!

Very well done. Especially considering that I know exactly what kind of terrible excuse for markers you are talking about. Dry out of the box, unusable after 5 minutes. Anyway, I really like the way it's just red, blue and black on white, it looks really good. I also like the tone of all the colors. The way the trees and plants and stuff are drawn remind me of many a mentally scarring Scandinavian children's book, and I really like them.

DAT pink/red and blue color mix. Tears look nice too.

LittleLuckyLink responds:

Thank you very much, I was pleased with how the colors turned out on this one.

Jesus just look at those fucking clouds. Really great light and detail on this thing, loving it.

That's pretty cool, I like the different designs here although the last one I must admit I have a little trouble with the dimensions of the horns of. Otherwise it's pretty great, nice designs and rather well made too.

Also apparently some one has a difficult time grasping the concept of versions.

LittleLuckyLink responds:

Yeah the horns stumped me a little bit. I just kinda duplicated the left horn since the right one was at a slightly different angle.

I thought that was a photo in the thumbnail, honestly. Fantastic colors, very rural and convincing. The lighting is realistic too, especially on the outdoor furniture. I like the reflection in the nearest window too. I could go on and on about all the little things I like.

Very skilled in general, I'm jelly!
