Very cool.

However I like Robotech better. I can't stand the new designs on the human uniforms and especially the new Zentraedi in Macross. However I do admit that Harmony Gold are gay and that the americans reduced the seriousness a bit. But I just can't take in the Japaneese stuff after a childhood where I geeked Robotech for like three years on videotape without knowing how it began or how it would end. I only saw when Rick Hunter/Hikaru Ichijio joined the military, when the SDF-1 was on Mars, and when the main characters were captured by the Zentraedi and brought to Dolza's fortress. Really good video and one thing that surprised me was that it actually had some length :)

Sequel!

Please do make a sequel. It was a really nice movie, and an oppertunity for a sequel to it should not be let to go to waste. I can totally see why your teacer loved it. Makes me feel so fuzzy :3

It's all been done before.

Classic first submission right there. First make a sprite movie to ensure that you've done nothing yourself, then you make a short animation with no plot and no interesting content. Then for the final step, draw a replay button with the brush, be sure to put no effort into it. I give you 1, because you tried. Here's what you should really do: Make sure you have good and interesting plot, make sure to make some good graphics, it takes time, but give it some lenght too. Then polish it until it looks good. If there's something you don't like, don't use it. If you don't like it nobody else will either, Good luck in the future, and I hope you take my advice. I'm not trying to be mean, but sugar coating the truth never made anybody a better animator.

All of the art is brilliant, but what really struck me was the night sky you made, it's fantastic! Animation is also great as always. Probably the best content ever found in such a short clip. Awesome job!
